Codex Access Terms

1. The Codex Interface

By accessing the SalsSky Codex, you agree to interact with the
interface strictly as intended. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate,
or otherwise disrupt the proprietary “Obsidian” logic constitutes
a direct violation of these terms.

Such actions will result in immediate access termination, including permanent
IP revocation and security escalation procedures where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to provide valid consent
for data processing and digital interaction within the SalsSky environment.

Access to advanced tiers of the Codex may require additional identity
verification or authorization protocols at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual elements, system architecture, code fragments, and the
SalsSky identity are protected under international
copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Unauthorized replication, adaptation, or commercial use of the SalsSky
aesthetic or technology is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

The SalsSky Codex is provided on an “as is” and
“as available” basis. While we pursue maximum reliability,
uptime, and security, we make no absolute guarantees regarding uninterrupted access.

SalsSky shall not be held liable for service interruptions, external network
failures, or perceived data anomalies beyond our direct operational control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international digital trade standards
and the legal framework of the jurisdiction in which SalsSky operations are registered.

By continuing to access the Codex, you acknowledge and accept these governing provisions.
