Questions

Before you decide.

Can I read some before I pay?

Eleven scenes, with no account, no card and no email. That is about twenty minutes of reading, and it is the whole point: nobody should buy writing they have not read.

Why is a book a subscription?

Because you are not only buying the book. Sophus answers about the line you stopped at, the wheel puts you with whoever else stopped there, and the narration and the episodes arrive inside the same price as they are made. The words alone would be a file; this is a room.

I never finish books.

A scene is about five minutes, and it remembers exactly where you were — on whatever you next pick up, a week later. Most people who stop, stop because nobody was there. That is the part this fixes.

The film is barely started. Why pay now?

Because that is why it costs what it costs. 0 of 64 episodes are filmed; a year of the Odyssey is $149 while that is true and $199 once the first full season is out — and the rate you take is the rate you keep, for as long as you keep it. You are not being asked to wait for anything either: the whole book is open the moment you pay, and every episode that lands afterwards is already yours.

What happens if I stop paying?

You keep reading until the end of the period you have already paid for, and every line you kept stays yours — you can take them with you. Cancelling is one press on your own billing page.

What if I do not like it?

Thirty days, one press on your billing page, and the money goes back. No form, no reason asked, and nobody writes to talk you out of it.

Where does my card go?

To Stripe, on Stripe's own page. There is no card field anywhere on this site, which is why a card breach here is not possible.
